Dr. McNabb earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University in 1993. Her post-doctoral training included a one year medical and surgical internship at Angell Animal Medical Center (AAMC) in Boston, MA and a three year residency program in Comparative Opthalmology at the University of Florida.
Dr. McNabb has established a successful opthalmology practices in the Boston area, at both AAMC (1997-2001) and Massachussettes Veterinary Referral Hospital (2001-2005) . Returning to Florida in 2006, Dr. McNabb now practices in the Tampa Bay-Sarasota area. She has been published in several veterinary journals and has special interests in small animal and equine corneal grafting techniques, corrective eyelid procedures, cataract surgery and immune-mediated ocular conditions.
Dr. McNabb was recently named as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida in the School of Veterinary Medicine.
