Dog lovers reveled in the beautiful weather this weekend at two lovely events. Unity Church’s Pet Blessing was held on Saturday in the old Florida setting on Proctor Road. 
Vendors and dog lovers mingled among the banyon trees exchanging information and their love of dogs.
Uptown on Fruitville Road, a band of revelers in costume queued up for the Humane Society of Sarasota County’s 14th Annual Howl-O-Ween.
