Ready, Set, Walk – Humane Society's Dog-Gone Walk-A-Thon

Saturday April, 10th, make walking your dog count. Instead of just doing a few laps in your neighborhood, why not make your walk count. It’s easy, head up to the Sun-N-Fun RV Resort on Fruitville Road with your dog. There’s $10.00 donation that goes to the Humane Society of Sarasota County. That covers food, and shelter for a lot of dogs that have been displaced by the economy or other adverse circumstances.

This weekend there are two fun events for dogs and their people. Saturday February 20, at Lakewood Ranch The Pug Parade and Pug Wedding will be held at  Adventure Park in Lakewood Ranch.
