Familiar faces and new friends gathered at Ophelia’s Pasta House last night for the Sarasota Dog MeetUp group. Owner Nancy Champlin welcomed more than 24 dogs and their owners for a night of food, fun and good conversation.
Page Knoebel and Mike Giblin founders of Satchel’s Last Resort joined us with two adoptable dogs, Kara and Lincoln. Both were amazingly well behaved and we received serious interest from a potential forever home from other restaurant patrons. Of course all of the Sarasota Dog group members pups were also practicing petiquette.
Thanks to Nancy, and the amazing staff at Ophelia’s, we’ll look forward to a return trip for more delectable pasta dishes.
