The Humane Society of Sarasota County will be at the Pet Supermarket on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:0 pms with lovable cats and dogs that need homes. Pet Supermarket is located at Bee Ridge and MacIntosh.
Also on Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 p.m – The 2nd Annual Weiner Dog Derby, presented by WSRZ 107.9 FM’s Crane’s Critters at Sarasota’s 17th Street Paw Park. Trophies and prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. The event is restricted to 80 Dachshunds but all dogs and people are invited! A voluntary $5 race entry fee benefits the Humane Society of Sarasota County!
