Charlee: Adoptable Dog of the Week

This girl was rescued by a wonderful couple off the streets of Yangon, Burma as a puppy. They imported her over to the United States in hopes of finding her a home. She had quite the trip to get here too.

Charlee is approximately 5 years old. She is good with most other dogs and currently has two kennel mates. She can be a bit nervous of new people. She will study you until she decides you are okay. She warms up quickly especially if you have a cookie that she really likes but she can be particular on the type. She may have gotten a bit spoiled her at Satchels with our wide variety of goodies that are brought in. It may take someone a couple of visits to see Charlee’s true personality. She can be a bit shy.

She loves to sun herself and roll around in the yard. She is a low key girl but does have her moments of excitement. She loves stuffed toys especially if they make squeek! She also enjoys walks but is a bit nervous of new situations and does not like getting in the car.

Charlee is very sweet and loving when you get to know her. She would prefer a home without any children, however.  Want to meet her?  Send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll get you set up.

Charlee’s story is brought to you by Ace Pet Resort, an award-winning pet care facility with a knowledgeable and caring team.  Ace is situated on a nine beautiful acres and offers overnight boarding for the discerning pet that craves personalized attention and care.
