On Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm The Humane Society of Sarasota will host Paws Across the Planet. Come and look into the eyes of a dog or cat who needs you now. You just might make a connection. 
The day promises a world of fun with agility demos, a yard sale and special guests: The Therapy Llamas! Raffles, food and a bake sale add to the festivities to support this essential Sarasota agency. Down South, Historic Spanish Pointe opens its doors to dogs on Saturday for Pups at the Pointe. Bring your dog and a picnic and enjoy Ms. Potter Palmer’s vision for a tropical getaway. From 9am to Noon. 337 North Tamiami Trail, Osprey.
