So what is this SarasotaDog meetup group? We are a collection of dog lovers who get together on about a monthly basis. Our goal is to socialize our pups and meet new, like-minded people.
In the past few years we have grown from a group of about 11 to over 800 local dog folks. Meetups are held in restaurants, parks, at the dog beach
or in local businesses who are willing to open their doors to customers with four legs. Frequently, we have “Wag & Learn Meetups” and invite special guest speakers to help us understand our dogs better. Jenifer Funk, for example a Canine Massage, Therapist joined us for an intro to Doggy Massage . It was really fun.
