Is your Dog ready for his close-up?

Getting great pictures of your dog or cat can be a challenge. You might catch a really cute pose, but then realize that you’ve also captured the over-flowing trash can, or Aunt Mimi’s feet in the picture. 🙁

K9 Korral Cares – Low Cost Vaccinations on Saturday

Saturday, July 31st from 11:30 am-1 pm, K9 Korral will offer low-vaccinations from 11:30 am to 1 pm. To help our community deal with the on-going economic struggles, K9 Korral is offering dog and cat lovers the chance to get their pets up-to-date on shots at a discounted fee. Microchips will be offered at just $25.00 – that’s at least a 50% savings, and such an important part of keeping your pet safe.

Thanks in part to all of the calls and email – No Name, the little Chocolate Lab Mix will not be killed today. Instead she’s packing valises and heading for Sarasota with Kickapoo Rescue.

Tonight is the Night – 1st MeetUp for Sarasota Dog Lovers

Tonight, July 26th at 6:00 pm at Panini Press, we’ll hold our first official MeetUp Group for SarasotaDog Lovers. We’ll share some doggie news and plan some of our first, next steps. This is a social group and an opportunity to meet other people and their pups in the Sarasota-Bradenton Area.

Last night’s Charity Bartending Event at the Polo Grill was a smash! Animal Lovers and Polo Grill regulars celebrated Honor Sanctuary’s work to help and protect pets that have been neglected or abandoned.
