Dogs Deserve Better is a national organization fighting to prevent the permanent chaining of dogs. Working here now in Florida, the group has been able to pass the ordinance in both Lee and Collier Counties. Now their sights are set on making Sarasota County a place where chaining dogs would be illegal. SarasotaDog received this request for help.
